Terms and conditions for CrossFit Teens 10 Pack Punch Card

*I understand that I must register my child in advance for classes. Class registration and cancellations end 1hr prior to class time. I understand that if I am registered for class and don't show, or cancel under 1hr prior to class, I forfeit that visit.

* I acknowledge that this is a group class and I will respect the coaches time as well as the other class members and arrive on time or early. If you are late you may come into class at the coach's discretion. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be asked to come back for a different class time.

* As a guardian of a child in the CF Kids program I understand that the coaches are there to coach and teach. I am there as a spectator and I will not interject myself into the class but simply observe. I also understand that if I become a distraction to the class I may be asked to leave at the coach's discretion.

*I understand that the Punch Card is non transferable and expires 1 year from date of purchase.
